Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure receptionist area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy
  • Greet all incoming guests, provide professional customer service and inform the appropriate staff of their arrival
  • Monitor room booking arrangements.
  • Handle all incoming mails and courier
  • Work with teammates to ensure smooth office operations,  providing ad hoc office administrative support
  • Procurement of stationery and office consumables

Job Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years relevant experience preferred
  • Good command in written and fluent in spoken English  
  • Patient, responsible, independent, efficient, polite, and friendly
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
